How long does it take to activate my domain?
.fr and .com extensions are usually active within 30 minutes of ordering. Newer extensions (.io, .dev, .shop…) may take up to 24 hours depending on the ICANN registry.
Is WHOIS privacy really free?
Yes, no conditions. We automatically hide your personal details in the public WHOIS database for all extensions that allow it (most of them). No extra fees or subscription.
Can I transfer a domain I already own?
Yes. Get the EPP/AUTH-CODE from your current registrar, then start the transfer from our client area. Our team can help if needed. Your DNS will not be interrupted.
