What is the difference between a VPS and a dedicated server?
A VPS shares the physical resources of a hypervisor with other customers. A dedicated server gives you 100% of the hardware: the processor, memory and disks are yours alone, with no neighbours.
Can I install any operating system?
Yes. Linux distributions and Windows Server install automatically when you order. You can also mount your own ISO (Proxmox, FreeBSD, firewalls…) through IPMI, the KVM console or iPXE boot.
How does delivery work?
For servers in stock, delivery is automated within 1 to 24 hours: as soon as your payment is confirmed, the server is prepared and your login details are sent by email.
The model I want is out of stock. What can I do?
Click “Reserve”: we get back to you as soon as a machine becomes available, or we suggest an equivalent configuration.
Is there a commitment?
No. Dedicated servers are billed monthly, with no minimum term. You cancel from your client area before the next due date.
Can I get a custom configuration?
Yes. Describe your needs (processor, memory, storage, network): our team will suggest the right machine within 24 hours.
